Establishing Educational Hubs for Rigorous AD/ADRD Research
Scope
The National Institute on Aging (NIA) has issued the PAR-25-179 funding opportunity to establish educational hubs focused on research rigor in Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (AD/ADRD). This initiative seeks to address the critical need for reproducibility in neuroscience research by supporting the development of specialized curricula and mentoring frameworks. Rigorous experimental design remains the cornerstone of translating basic science into viable clinical interventions for neurodegeneration (Landis et al., 2012, Nature).
