- Saved with the time and the version they read
- Participants can read it again or withdraw in Settings
Visible to the right people
- Signed or not signed badge in the participant list
- Only the PI, coordinators and data managers see typed names
- A new version asks participants to accept again
- Each acceptance is recorded in the audit trail
