See who is on track, and act when someone is not.

Adherence dashboards show completion and device data across participants. Alerts tell the right people when something needs attention, and each one is tracked until it is resolved. Try it: filter the dashboard, then handle an alert.

What the team sees

Monitoring in three parts.

Adherence dashboard

Who is on track, who is lapsing

  • Completion and adherence across participants and instruments, with trends
  • Device data per participant and across the study
  • Filter by group, date range and participant, then drill into one record
  • Save views you use often
Alerts

Signals the team needs to see

  • Data conditions, such as a value above a threshold for a set time
  • Missed tasks in a row, and days without device data
  • Changes in a participant’s profile, and alerts raised by an intervention
  • Severity low, medium or high, sent to the roles you choose
Lifecycle

Tracked until resolved

  • Triggered, Notified, Acknowledged, Resolved
  • Who acknowledged and when is recorded in the audit trail
  • Unacknowledged alerts are sent again
  • Alerts close themselves when the condition ends or data returns
Reminders and alerts

Participants get reminders. The team gets alerts.

Reminders nudge participants about what is pending. When nudges are not enough, an alert brings in a person. Both are set as rules your team edits while the study runs, and each alert reaches only the people scoped to that participant’s group.
